
Cheese & Ham Classic

Bread type: Ciabatta rolls (ideally)
Ingredients: Ham, Brie cheese, 3 tspns wholegrain or Dijon mustard, butter (optional), 1 tspn olive oil
Time to make (approx): 10 minutes
Pretty straight-forward really. Gently fry the onions until soft then mix in a bowl with 3 teaspoons of wholegrain mustard and 1 teaspoon of olive oil and spread on sandwich. Add your cheese and ham and voila. Sometimes I'll warm this in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese has meted slightly. Hmmm, beautiful!
